You can in tgis case wait for secind and third round counselling as chnaces that there will be beteer chances of conversion of your preference based colleges and streams.

Incase you pay fees and reserve seat, you are out of counselling process.

So wiat till CaP rounds 4 where majorly preferred colleges are converted.
