What should be my order of choice filling in JOSAA counselling for NITs for CSE and IT branch if I have got 99.104 percentile and 10395 rank
Well with a rank of around 10000 I think the following institutes would suit you well
1. NIT Hamirpur CSE
2. NIT Jamshedpur CSE
3. NIT Durgapur CSE
4. IIIT Gwalior CSE
5. BIT Mesra CSE
6. NIT Jalandhar IT
7. NIT Raipur CSE
I think these institutes are quite good for CSE. Make proper decision!
In josaa counselling the choices are to be submitted in the order of priority. Hence keep the most desired choices at the top and then move on. If any, give first preference to nits in your home state. The chances are there more to get good branch.
The choice filling is not as critical as it seems. Doing it in a correct manner can land candidates in best colleges. Similarly submitting choice without giving a thought can result in other way around.
