By AI, I guess you mean Artificial Intelligence branch i. e Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence)

This is a bit difficult to predict therank required in JEE mains to get a seat in nsut as cut off  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.

When we go through previous year trend then,

In round 10 of jac counselling 2020, for general category  to get Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) ,  1513 was closing rank for outside Delhi  region student in NSUT

So, you must try to get at least a rank of around 1500 .
