What should be my time table in 1 month to get 95%in 12th plz tell me specifically every step time to time schedule and also easy to follow
Hi Isha Jha,
I will assume that you have covered your syllabus atleast once since you want to achieve 95% or above.
Your account says you are interested in Engineering so you are from science background(Again assumption)
So here is one sample timetable you can follow, change according to your requirements/needs.
Early Morning(5/6am - 8am) - Go with subject that need much concentration, go with either Physics or Chemistry.
11am-1pm : The energy level is abit low at this time and since you are digesting your breakfast at this time try going to easy going language subject like English/Physical Education.
7pm - 9 pm or 10pm-12 pm : If you sleep early go with 7-9 or if you like to study at night with a sip of coffee(me) go with 10-12. The best subject to study at this time will be Maths.
Also when the exams are close do not try to learn new things. REVISE
Few tips for you:
Do not study whole day else you will easily lose focus.
Do NOT skip food, yeah marks are cool but health is first.
Questions are mostly from NCERT only but very few questions come out of syllabus so try to refer to books like Arihant,RD Sharma whatever reference book you have and try some questions ONLY if you completed your NCERT Syllabus.
Also, one important thing.
DO NOT STOP PREPARING FOR JEE MAIN DURING BOARDS!
That is one of the biggest mistake done by JEE mains aspirants.
Also you can check our article about board and jee main preparation

Good luck !
I will suggest you to assign 2 days of a week for preparation of every subject and take your own tests on the weekend on topics that you have prepared in that week. This will help you to understand which topics needs more preparations.
Also don't keep anything for optional.
Following link by Careers 360 will guide you in detail regarding how to prepare for your 12 th examination, http://www.engineering.careers360.com/articles/how-prepare-for-jee-main-and-class-12th-board-exams
All the Best.
