IISER takes admission through three channels : KVPY, JEE ADVANCED and SCB (State and central board channel). 25% seats are filled through KVPY and JEE ADVANCED. Other remaining seats are filled by SCB channel (on the basis of merit in IISER Aptitude Test (IAT)). Candidates should qualify the minimum cutoff marks which is to be announced on the official website : http://www.iiseradmission.in/eligibility.html
IISER does not take direct admissions on the basis of 12th score only, however candidate must meet the eligibility criteria. To know more, visit here:

Hi Aspirant,
To take admission in IISER you need a minimum percentage of 75 percent.This percentage as mentioned is for the general category of students.For reserved category this percentage is relaxed to 65 percentage.IISER is one of the prestigious institution and there is quite often a great competition in order to get a seat.
