Jipmer conduts an entrance test every year for admission into the two colleges i.e jipmer pondicherry and jipmer karaikal.

To be on the safe side UR candidates should try aiming for more than 160-170

OBC candidates should try to score more than 155

SC candidates should try for more than 140

And as of ST candidates they shuld try for more than  120.

So since you belong to OBC try scoring more than 150.

Because competition is high and seats are less.
