AIIMS: do master physics. Do H.C Verma. For biology do Dinesh. Your general knowledge should be very good. No chance of silly mistake. Attempt mock test to learn time management. Also a little help from the coaching institutes will be handy.
- First and foremost, you need to know the complete syllabus.
- Make a timetable. Divide syllabus in such a way that you can study it whole by November 2018.
- Gather NCERTS and reference books to prepare for NEET 2019 (here is a complete list).
- Start preparing by covering theory from NCERTs first, then practise questions on same topic from a reference book.
- Solve multiple choice questions from reference books.
- Keep taking notes throughout study process.
- Around October, start solvingprevious year papers. Initially you may find them tough, but then you will get familiar.
- Solve mock tests, sample papers also.
- If you are appearing for board exams, then devote January-February for board exams also. Simultaneously keep revising and preparing.
- If you find any topic tough in NEET 2019 syllabus, reach out to teachers so that you can understand that topic quickly.
Lastly, Believe you can do this. You are your only competition. Don't work yourself up too much. Do not compare yourself with others. It can decrease your confidence and may affect your performance. Take care of your health; this is of utmost importance for this year. It's going be a feat, so buckle up. Eat well, exercise and sleep well. Keep to your schedule and do not procastinate.

NEET and AIIMS are the chief exams a medical aspirants wants to clear. For clearing NEET and AIIMS the most important thing is to maintain consistency.
You should do countinuous study. Doing NCERT should be your prime motive. One should be evident with each and every line of NCERT. Most of the students ignore NCERT in 11 which is one the gravest mistake. NCERT for physics and chemistry is also important.
To crack any competition exam there is very simple logic.
- Research about exam, like syllabus, question formate, duration, books.
- Make proper strategy to how much time to give a particular topic/subject.
- Try to avoid solving any questions without understanding concept. You can also understand concepts by solvong questions but make sure that you understand concepts.
- Practice as many questions as possible.
- Each week take proper exam. Proper exam means make your study room as a examination room and sit for all 3 hours/ whatever is the duration of your exam and follow all exam rules like filling name on OMR sheet, bubbling answer etc.
- If don't get good marks, go to step 1 and follow same procedure.
After some time you will see tremendous improvement in your marks and you become habitual to exam room and you will definitely get good marks.
