hi kunal, it all depends on what category you belong to and what reservation you have, whether you have state quota or not , but i would suggest that aimm for 600, its high , i know but absolutely doable , so aim for it. NEET 2018 Examination is most likely to be held on 10th May (Thursday) 2018 . NEET 2018 Application Form will be released in the month of January 2018.CBSE conducts NEET for admission across all medical colleges in india except aiims, and jipmer. The exam pattern is as follows:-
physics-45 questions each carrying 4 marks
chemistry-45 questions,each carrying 4 marks
and biology 90 questions each carrying 4 marks as well.hope this helps good luck
See this is most common question that is been asked always and we gave the same reply to it that is there is no exact marks predicted for the cutoff of any of the government or even private medical college across the country as the cutoff of each year depends on the toughness number of candidates and the intillegence of students of respective year.
However, if you have noticed the trends of the score board in the recent past, you might have realized that the cut off scores are only rising higher every year.
It reached a surprising cut off This year when students had to score as high as 565-570 marks to get into some government college through All India 15 % quota.
Next year the situation might be the same, or students may have to score more than the above mentioned score or maybe lesser.
I'd only recommend you to keep a target above 570 to keep yourself on the safer side.
As per your query about marks cutoff, you must be knowing that there is All India Quota 15 % and State government quota 85%...
Cut off by All India quota is always higher than state quota..Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc..It will vary for each groupThe Cutoff also vary in Government, Private and Deemed UniversityAlso difffer college to college even in government /private/deeemedThe marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper
BUT GOING BY PREVIOUS YEAR TREND A MBBS SEAT is obtained around 480 - 600 marks range
Best of luck

Be very honest it will depend on the quality of the question paper of the Neet examination you are appearing for as well as the performance of the other students were sitting for the examination
Ideally via all India quota you should be getting a decent government seat if your who is above 550 preferably over 600
If you are willing the 85% state quota seats, then usko of above 450 preferably above 500 and satisfactorily above 550 should get into a decent Government State college seat
Hope this helps, thank you
With state quota cut off falls. , but you haven't told you domicile.
Set higher target because cut off differ according to difficulty level.
Do previous year , that would help you revise .
Study hard
All the very best
Hope it helps
In order to get government college through 15% quota you should try to score more then 560 marks in your NEET exam in general category.
To score good marks it is very important that your cocepts are clear take help of NCERT books. Refer previous year papers to understand the level of questions and mock test series for your practice.
Good luck!!
