For Coimbatore campus, the cut off for ECE is as follows:

Closing Rank (Open category): 2747

Closing Rank (State category): 16407

As far as marks are concerned, there isn't a concrete data of marks vs rank because rank is relative and depends upon relative performance of candidates. That being said, if you are a state student, 135-150 marks should be good enough. If you are an Open category student, 170-180 marks will a good bet. Hope this helps.
