JEE Advanced is a tough examination and marks do not matter. Cutoff is decided by your rank and hence there is no exact marks range.

Even the maximum marks of the exam changes.

Getting IIT Delhi is not important.Your branch matters and for a branch like Computer Science and Engineering you need to have a rank of 103 and for Biotechnology you need a rank of 3600

Cse     -  103             marks 278

Electrical    - 403      marks 252

Mathematics and Scientific Computing -329      marks 257

Mechanical   -907      marks 230

(marks out of 366)
