Hello Aspirant,
See there is no any fixed minimum marks for securing government seat or government college for MBBS through NEET but as per the previous years analysis and taking the increment in cut-offs from past 3-4 years into consideration if you belongs to SC category then you should secure at least 450+ out of 720 in NEET for state quota seats in Government medical colleges and 540+ in NEET for All India quota seats in Government medical colleges but if you want to get admission in AIIMS/JIPMER like central institutions then you should aim for at least 600+ out of 720 in NEET 2021.
Note that above prediction is as per the trends of previous years and this might get changed with some variations depending upon factors like :-
** Number of candidates appearing for NEET
** difficulty level of paper
** top score of this year and so on..
