Dear Jeetender, in 2019, 300 marks secured a seat in RajaRajeshwari Medical College under OBC Category for State Quota. Considering hte fact that this is a Private Medical College, this is not a Government Quota seat. Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. In 2019, the general cut offs increased by 15 marks but each College had an increase of cut off by 60-75 marks on an average. But for you to secure a seat in this College in 2020, you should atleast target 400 and above.

If you want to get admission in any college then you to qualify Neet exam. For OBC expected cutoff in NEET will be 105.
But for getting a admission you have to score around 200 marks for this. This is a private college so admission are under management quota also.
