There is no free seat. You can get scholarships in central, state and institute level , so that it will help you financially so that you don't have to pay all from your pocket .If your rank is good then you can also apply for TFW which will make you not to pay tuition fee but you have to pay rest fee for more details about fee structure please visit the official web page of the college .On an average, fee structure will be 10 LPA , it might vary for government college. Please check it from college .
