You haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because each Category has different cut offs. Now for Delhi AIIMS, irrespective of the Category, you should secure atleast 625-650 and above. This is because all AIIMS seats will be filled through All India Counselling and AIIMS cut off percentiles have always been 98 and above. So atleast 650 should be an ideal score. Last year in 2019, the top NEET score was 701 and the students opted for MAMC. So MAMC, AFMC, UCMS, VMMC, KGMU are few Colleges that Candidates opt for.
