Hello Aspirant,
As you have not mentioned about your home state so considering it as West Bengal according to your profile.
See it is little bit difficult to predict exact cut-off marks for any college because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But although if you are seeking admission in any Government Medical College then you should have your score around 520 or more but if you are seeking for government quota seat in any of the private medical college then your score should be around 510 or more, this estimation is according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

Last year the lowest cut-off marks was 518 for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL (Govt.) under Home State quota for General category and for ICARE INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE AND RESEARCH AND DR BC ROY HOSPITAL HALDIA (Private) it was 508 under Home State quota for General category.
To have a list of those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-
