EAMCET Admit card is released with 3 pages which consists in page of ceter details, important instructions to the students in page 2 it is provided with the covid 19 related instructions to students and a self declaration form that has to be filled by you about your situation and page 3 consists of route map .

You have to carry the application form duly signed by your principle on the photo attached to it
