What should I choose not allahabad cs Or iit ropar electrical
Hello Nitin,
All you have to decide is that in which stream, you have more than slightest interest. If there are some chances that you have keen interest or at least just have zeal to know more about it then opt that branch instead of College.
But if the college is more important for you than branch or all branches are same for you like you will study whatever is alloted to you then go for IIT instead of NIT.
All that matters is your choice and decision but still a guideline is provided to you.

Congrats on craking and getting such good ranks in JEE MAINS and ADVANCED 2019.
As for your questions , IIT Ropar is comparatively a New IIT whereas ,
NIT allahabad is quite old
And NIT ALLAHABAD is popular for it`s coding environment , and placements for Computer Science Students are also really great there.
So, according to me, Computer Science at NIT Allahabad is a better option to choose than Electrical at IIT Ropar.
