Bachelor in Veterinary Science also known as B.V.Sc is a degree for studies in veterinary medicine . The course duration is 5.5 years with the last 0.5 months or 6 months being a compulsory internship period.
The duties of Veterinarians differs among their job profile and seniority levels:
In addition to healing the illness o animals, Veterinarians involved in Research work as well, Research is about the Spread of Diseases and their Vaccinations, They should educate the animal owners about the routine Checkup and General Medicine, The main job is to heal the wounds of pet animals and veterinary surgeon.
The salary will be ranging from 5 lakh to 10 lakh per annum depending upon the specialization.

BAMS
Ayurveda is widely accepted in India as an alternative to western medicine. If you are interested in the traditional Indian system of medicine , then go for BAMS. Moreover, the course also puts less financial burden on you, since its fee is much lesser than that of MBBS.
The BAMS is awarded after the completion of 5 years and 6 months degree program. This period includes the 4 and a year academic session and one-year internship program with live practical.
You can go for an MD or MS in Ayurveda after completing your BAMS. BAMS graduates can also pursue higher studies in many medical-related disciplines. A few options include Masters in Public Health, Masters in Health Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Medicine and many other postgraduate courses.and there also few career options like Therapist, Sales Representative, Pharmacist, Clinical Trial Coordinator, Medical Representative, Ayurvedic Doctor , Academic,Research,Management and administration, Drug manufacturing.
