Many classes provide preparation for IAS or IPS if you want you can join that class or you will join the class after your graduation it depends on you.
You have to give the proper 6 to 8 hours for preparation it is mandatory. Read daily newspaper for daily updates it will help you with current affairs topics. Do your best don't think about others you will achieve your goals
