What should I do after 12th to become a game designer?

To be a game designer you will have to go for engineering in computer science or information technology or either if you don't want to do engineering then you can do BCA and then after MCA .To design a game you must know programming languages and coding so that you can design game.The very beginning is C/C++.You can start learning it from 12th as well depends on interest.

So would we have specialised division for game designing in engineering of computer science itself?

No specialization is required .If you opt computer science and engineereing as your branch ,it's completely fine.
