Dear aspirant
It's fully depends on you that how you want move further in your life and wht you are aiming to have in future life.
If you are close to cut off marks and you are missing by 50-60 marks then my suggestion will be you should take drop and work hard and clear neet and get admission in govt medical College because you will be a doctor and there's no better profession than this.
Otherwise you can also look for career in other course through neet like BDS and emerging field like BAMS which have good scope now days, you can also go BHMS.
There are other fields like you can become veterinarians which is in demand in big cities as people keeping pet's or you can go for agriculture also.
This are some fields which you may approach through your neet marks.
Otherwise you can totally change your field and you can go for govt job preparation like banking or you can aspire to crack upsc after completing graduation.
So there are lots of things which you can do but at last you will have to decide where to go and where your interest lies. We can only guide in that path.
