Dear this is sad to know about this.But,as your field is CSE then there is no problem that you face in career and other day to day life.CSE is completely computer job and you should work more on programming as this is in demand and software engineers earns also well these days.Software engineering will require your creativity and analytical skills so you should work on that.So, if you have completed your degree then please apply for software jobs and develop good skills.Hearing problem will not make much difference.

Generally, u don't get a highly payable job after Btech except if u r extra talented. So if u r an average student college placement is the best option. Earn an experience of 1 to 2 years and then go for post-graduation. If u r a bright student u will surely get a good job. And in case college placement is not good to start preparing for exams like e-litmus, amcat, cubes etc. A good score in these exams can help u with your placements.
