It all depends on what you want to do after B.Sc. If you want to become a researcher and wish to go for lectrurer or a professor then you have to further your studies up to a Masters Degree. If you want to opt the job then you can opt private research institutions, hospitals, government agencies, social and non-profit organisations etc.

Good Luck!

Hello Yash,

If you wish to go in the field  of research then I would suggest you to pursue MSc and then doctoral studies (PhD). There are ample research opportunities at government and private institutions. Apart from research you can also opt for teaching.
if you are not interested to pursue PhD then also I would suggest to atleast get Masters Degree. Postgraduates can get decent  industrial jobs in pharmaceutical, diagnostics, forensic and bio-tech  companies.
Good Luck!
