In order to become Assistant Professor you have to fulfill following conditions:



1) Masters degree in relevant descipline with first class.



2) Qualifiying UGC NET examination score.





In addition to this following factors will increase your chances of selection:



1) Research publications in journals with good imact factors.



2)Patients on your name.



3) Previous work experience in good organization.



4) PHD



5) Book publications

To become a professor/lecturer, you should firstly have a master's degree with at least 55% in total. After that there are many exams that you can give.
