Dear Krishna,
You can contact to the officials regarding your issue at their helpline number 180117898.
AIIMS will also display the status of the application number today i.e 20th March 2018.

Hi Krishna,
The correction facility is available for AIIMS application form. But it was open from 8-12 March 2018. You cannot correct it now. On 20th March 2018, AIIMS will check application form status, rejections and defeciencies. You will get to know the status.
