What should I do if my university took my T.C. from college when I applied for a migration certificate? I want to apply to DU this year.

If you are a dropper and want to apply again to the university of delhi , New delhi and your school transfer certificate was taken by the university you are currently studying in then you can easily get a transfer certificate issued from the office of the current university / college you are studying in .Then you would be able to apply and take admissions in the university of delhi .

My school transfer certificate is with me. It's my college transfer certificate that the university has taken. On the back of my school transfer certificate, the college staff put the date of admission to college with the college stamp and on the day I got my T. C. from college , they added the date of cancelation of admission with a cancelation stamp. I also have a university registration certificate with a "registration cancelled" stamp. And a migration certificate from the university. According to my college staff, these documents should be enough to get me into another college but I have to make sure. I have also requested my school to issue me a new character certificate since my college outright refused to issue any more documents to me.

Yes then you should get in touch with an administrative officer of a college/ university in that case.
