Well!! How your school accept that form during registration if it was not same ,now only your school can give you best solution ,so you should contact your school office they will give you the right solution , and calm down ,contact your school office they will definetly help you!!

Can't say!! But yeah ,if you request in your they will help you in sitting in exam as well.Just contact them as soon as possible.
