What should i do in jee advanced form if i don't have OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after 1 april 2019? Is there any option for that?

Well technically you can not do anything as there are something which we can not control. You should have seeen it earlier. Well many had faced this problem. You can doone thing , go to your tehsildar in your districts block and get that obc-ncl certificate issued at the earliest.
