It’s EXACTLY the same test. The only difference is that the speaking test is recorded on video. Only certain centres offer UKVI since they have to be able to provide video recording facilities.If you take the IELTS UKVI, you get a normal IELTS score, which is accepted in all countries. The only difference is that UK immigration will accept it.
The UKVI has specified some particular centers which have the authorization to conduct IELTS for UK visa purposes. If you take IELTS from another center, it won’t be probably considered valid for UK Visa purposes.
so you must take UKVI to mirgate to UK.
