I understand that you are unable to view the vacant columns in the NATA application form while filling it out and so to answer your question, its likely because of some technical error or due to issues related to network connectivity so I would suggest that you try switching your connection and try again to check if the issue has resolved.
If the issue is still not resolved, I would advise you to address this matter to the competent authorities of NATA over mail and state them the issue very clearly and request them for a suitable solution.
