what should I do to become a quantum physicist.
Hey Devang!
Firstly, you should have specified your current qualifications. Assuming that you are a student of Intermediate currently, you can start with a bachelors degree in science. Try getting an admission in best colleges of India for natural science such as IISc, Bangalore. Then based on your interest and studies, you can apply for internship at prestigious labs in the world. From there, you can contribute further to this field.
Best of luck!
To become a quantum physicist you need to do
1. BSc Physics/ Bsc (Hons)Physics after your 12th standard. OR
2.You can enroll for the Integrated BS MS Degree in IISER / NISER by giving their entrance exams.
If you are choosing the 1st option after successfully completion of 3 years BSc you must opt for MSc Physics and take Quantum Physics as your specialization. After 2 years you Become a quantum physicist.
MSc can be done from IITs, TIFR,NITs, IISc etc. by giving various exams as IITJAM, JEST, TIFR which you will get to know during first year of your graduation.
For the 2nd option you need to give JEE/KVPY/SCB exam.
Thank you !!!!!!
