Dear aspirant,
As you are pursuing Bachelor's degree in Commerce as you are on correct path, because minimum 3 years Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised College or University, is required for being eligible for UPSE IAS exam.
You can prepare for UPSC exam as you are still in your graduation and have time to prepare for the exam. After completion of Graduation you need to appear for UPSE IAS exam. Exam is conducted in three stages.

You have to qualify all three stages with good score and also Medical fitness test too. Based on your performance in exams you'll be given posts like IAS, IPS, IFS, etc.
