Hello,
Studying in abroad countries like the U.S. you won’t get any college which offers 100% scholarship on the tuition fee. But they have a huge amount of financial assistance options (scholarships) for international students.
GRE is generally required by universities in North America (the USA and Canada). It can be a mere admission formality or a selection criterion for jobs as well.
TOEFL is a standardised test to judge one's English language abilities.
How to prepare:
The higher you score in GRE, the better scholarship you can expect. English proficiency exam scores (TOEFL and IELTS) are important too for admission, but not for scholarships.
Good marks in the intermediate or EAMCET wouldn’t matter much if work on your extracurricular points during the B.Tech course you can participate in many activities, social services which can add on to your CV. Also, aim for scoring well in the semesters along with your preparation. In the end, a good GRE and TOEFL score is going to beat all your other shortcomings.
Thank you and all the best.
