what should i fill for state of eligibility in neet (for 15%all India quota). I have completed my 10th and 12th from delhi. but i am a permanent resident of odisha .

You will be eligible for both the State's domicile and can participate in State Quota of both the States. You are eligible for Delhi's institutional quota because you studied your 10th and 12th from Delhi and Odisha's State Quota because you are a permanent resident of this State.
