hi omkar there are plenty of good books out there, and the preference varies from person to person, all i used was NCERT text books , along with my coaching institute materials an question banks and also solved all previous year papers.i shall tell you how you could utilise this properly
Physics and chemistry- physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants, but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly, understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too
Biology- in neet around 300 marks are from ncert text book itself, thats how it was when i gave my exam, so u need to thorough ncert first and then read any good book of your choice and solve as many questions as you can, always stay calm , cool and confident, hope this helps good luck buddy
For NEET examination preparation I would like to recommend you to please study hard from the ncert textbooks because it's this book only which contains majority of the question to be put up in the NEET examination so just study these books and buy some mcqs books which contains majority of the question from ncert textbooks for the practice purposes.
-
Biology. NCERT + MTG publications or Trueman or other MCQ book that suits you.
-
Chemistry. NCERT + MTG publications or Arihant for objectives + coaching notes and modules.
-
Physics. HC verma + DC pandey or Universal or any other that you feel good about or you can connect to .
Use any book at the end of the day what matters is that if you have grasp the important topics or not .
Most important for NEET/AIIMS is your NCERT books as these books include basic principles and concepts and provide accurate information.
BUT KEEP IN MIND YOU HAVE TO CLEAR ENTRANCE YOU ARE NOT DOING PhD so dont go by all books mentioned here and there
KEEP NCERT + ONE REFERNCE BOOK + MAXIMUM MCQS PRACTICE = Medical SEAT Apart from this, you can add upon it by following books
Biology -
Truemans Biology Vol. 1 & 2
Objective Biology by Dinesh

Physics -

Objective physics by DC Pandey
Chemistry -
