What should i prefer?Jadavpur Univ. lower branches(production,construction,metallurgy,power...) or BIT Sindri electrical engg?

Don't choose college first you need to choose particular Engineering branch then choose the University or Institute as per their brand name
Jadavpur University having good overall ranking as per HRD ministry.
