The best method for revision is to solve the question. Physics is totally based on the numericals so you have to practice more and more question , you can prefer your class notes too which is very helpful for you.If you are not comfortable with your note then make it easier like you can convert it into short notes.

As you have not mentioned the name of entrance exam. So I am giving answer by taking jee mains and neet ug as reference.
Tips:
You might have prepared some short notes, go through them.
Focos on your weak points, and try to clear the concept.
After full revision, try solving questions and give at most 1.4 minutes for solving a question, this will help you increasing your speed.
Solve atleast 100 queries a day and try to solve previous years papers in 2.5-3 hours by setting a timer.
