Manipal University is one of the best university in india. The college infrastructure is well maintained and well structure. Manipal University provides good placements. It is one of the colleges in India which gives the highest salary package to the students of 84 LPA. Students with higher percentage are placed, but companies mostly hire students of computer science and engineering. One of the best college in India.
So for getting admission in this university you have to score above 150 marks out of 200.than it will be good for you.and you will get cse branch in the main campus.So prepare well for your exam.

Coming to your question,there are around 200 questions in the Manipal entrance test and you have to solve them in about 2.5 hours .So it is better you first go for English and chemistry questions which do not require any calculation and then come to the math part.
Scoring a 130-140 will help you get into CSE branch.
