If you want to be a doctor, prepare for neet examination go for MBBS or any other medical field you want
If you want to be a police officer, choose BA in your graduation which will help you to prepare for UPSC examinations.
If you want to enter business field, Choose BBA or B.com in you graduation and complete your MBA in related field
First, set a goal and go according to your goals and choose you step wisely

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that this is a subjective question as the career option you want to pursue depends on the interest and passion of an individual. In commerce field also, there are many options such as B.Com (//B.Com) hons, BBA, BMS, BFIA or you can go for options such as Digital Marketing, Insurance and Bankng courses, CA and many more. There are plenty of options and opportunities available. It is you who has to identify your interest so that you can choose the best option for you.

If you are from Science background there would be several options to do after 12th. As engineering becomes a common options now a days so rather than engineering there are several options like pharmacy agriculture etc. Now you should know your position of studying. If you can expect to crack Neet and get a seat in government college that's would be absolutely excellent decision. But rather than Medical and Engineering there are several fields that you can go for. So firstly mention your position and what are you expecting. Then it would be helpful to suggest you several career opportunities after 12th.
