There is no shortcut to it but there are tricks to it to solve. To understand that trick is very important else you will get wrong answers. There are many online tutorials available in web. Look for them in youtube too and there are many websites too which provides a great way to learn such tricks and mock tests to know how the user perform.

Go through it and practice as many question you can daily. Don't give a break to it untill you score good enough marks. Keep on practicing. On the part of important topic , it is different as per exam as many exam have syllabus for numerical ability, verbal ad logical. So it depends but when you will start learning you will know automatically that which chapter needs more time and which has high weightage.
