What should I type in state of elegibility option if I want 85% quota of West bengal but had done schooling in Delhi for last 18 years?

If you have residential certificate of west bengal then ofcourse you can appear for 85% QUOTA.If you have a house somewhere in bengal then you can get this certificate .If you have birth certificate in which birth place is bengal you will be eligible for residential certificate .
