Its just a matter of few months of hard work between success and failure. I would suggest you that when ever you get distracted, just close your eyes and decide that what you are doing is it worth your dreams. Naturally you have to take breaks in between but don't engage yourselves in time consuming and distracting activities like social sites, phone calls & etc. Regarding motivation, you can watch success stories of various GATE, IES, IAS toppers on the web to get inspired.
