what should I write in place of school name, adress, pincode , state name as I have done my class 12 as a private candidate???

Hello,
As you have done class 12 as a private candidate , then for further applications you can use previous school's name (i.e., from wherever you have passed class 11) as your school name. For address also you can use the address of your previous school. The same goes for pincode and state. And for your address, state and pincode you can fill out your permanent address.
