what should i write school where the applicant last studied i completed my studies

Hi Soujanya,
At the column of "last studied school/institution", just write the name of your school from where you have completed your 12th(if you are applying for graduation studies)
Or, you can write the name of your college from where you had completed your graduation(if you are applying for pg studies)
