First of all the IITs that you have written in the question are good .The main doubt is branch selection which totally depends on your interest.So first of all go through your interest and think about it that in which department you are more interested.According to my opinion you should go :

1-ISM DHANBAD(Computer Science)

2:IIT BHU(Electrical)

3:IIT KANPUR(Economics)

4:IIT BOMBAY(Metallurgy)
