The Company Secretary course can not be pursued just after 10th . The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for the course is +2, from a recognized board of studies. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in any stream, except fine arts, can enroll directly for the Executive Program.
Opt for commerce stream and work hard to achieve good results in 12th. Once you are done with your 12th you may register with ICSI and can complete ICSI course. I would suggest concentrate on class 11 and 12 currently and try to build good foundation for ICSI course. Am sure if you keep it simple, one day you will be a CS.
