There are only 15% government college seats allowed through ICAR exam. Cutoff seems to be increase with each passing year and growing popularity of the course. But for general category 65-70% marks will assure to get a good college all over India.
It also depebds on your caste, as the cutoff is different for OBS, SC, ST .
