firstly regarding the best graduation for upsc- any degree any stream is good and accepted by upsc.
please make sure that you have back up with the stream you choose to do graduation in if not for upsc.do graduation in the stream which interests you more and in which you have passion.
and now step -1 is see syllabus and previous years question papers for upsc
select optional wisely and while graduation itself please prepare for upsc.
start reading newspaper daily
check upsc preparation videos and tips from experts and follow them intelligently.
