For an Indian origin student pursuing the IB (International Baccalaureate) board , the required subjects for NEET eligibility are: Mandatory Subjects:
The student must complete these subjects at the Diploma Level (Grades 11 and 12) .
Minimum Marks:
Ensure that your IB diploma is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to the 10+2 system in India.
If Physics is not part of your IB subject selection, you will need to study it as an additional subject through a recognized board (such as NIOS).
You must also fulfill the age criteria, typically being at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year .
By meeting these requirements, IB students are eligible to apply for the NEET examination in India.
