Hi Gautham Prakash, You can study in any board only thing that is important is you must have appeared or passed 10+2 examination in Physics, Chemistry ,Biology/Biotechnology (including practical tests) with English as an elective subject

Further, a candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in PCB,whereas it is 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories. In respect to Physically Handicapped candidates belonging to General category, the minimum marks to obtain in PCB is 45%

Syllabus for NEET & JIPMER is almost 80% similar...you can study & prepare for both at the same time.....JIPMER MBBS online question paper consisted of 200 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Comprehension and Logic and Quantitative Reasoning......
the exam pattern for each subject - the online question paper consisted of 60 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Further, 10 questions each will be based on Logic & Quantitative reasoning and English comprehension = 200 ques.....
You should prepare and appear for both entrance if you wish so.......if you need any other help let us know......Best of luck.

It is good if you are preparing for NEET as it is very easy in the comparison of NEET. It is mostly NCERT based. Few questions may be out of it as JIPMER follows Pondicherry’s local syllabus too.
Only You need to focus little on English & logic & quantitative Reasoning.
